Visayas Area Head

Job Summary

  1. This role works directly with the COO to help lead and drive business development and operations plans and programs for the Visayas Area

  2. Provide forwarding, logistics and transportation industry expertise, guidance and support       

  3. Responsible for growth of business in the region to meet targeted revenue, gross profit, operating expense and net income goals and plans.       

  4. Maintain effective and lasting business relationships within agents, franchisees and service partner network and with all clients       

  5. Implement continuous regional operational improvement processes designed to achieve operational excellence and defined performance metrics.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Business and / or solid experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation industries

  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain, transportation, freight forwarding, contract logistics

  • Business consulting and Audit experience is a plus

  • Experience of all stages of transformational management – from business analysis and requirement gathering through to execution and post live evaluation

  • High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment

  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Results oriented with ability to drive change with different stakeholders and able to work with all levels of the organization
